Can I book when I arrive at the location?

Yes, we offer instant booking. Scan the QR at the entrance, pay securely and receive your access code immediately.

Is the luggage storage near Valencia Beach?

Yes, we are just 8 minutes on foot from Cabanyal Beach. The ideal spot to leave your bags before heading to the seafront or enjoying a paella nearby.

What items are not allowed?

For safety reasons, animals, perishable food, flammable materials, weapons or illegal items are not permitted. Our lockers are for luggage, shopping and personal belongings.

What should I do if I have a problem with my code?

We have a 24-hour support line shown at the location and in your booking email. We can reset or remotely open your locker within seconds.

Before confirming, please note:

Extra hour. If you pick up after the end time: €3/h (size L) or €3.50/h (size XL), per hour started.
Extra-hours payment. If you have extra hours, we will email you a link to pay them through the gateway — your card is not charged automatically.
Prohibited items. Animals, perishable food, hazardous materials and items worth more than €1,000. If they need to be removed, the actual costs are charged, with supporting documentation.
Forgotten items. If you do not collect your luggage, we keep it for 7 days and it may then be moved to secure storage; after 30 days it is considered abandoned. We can ship it to you before then for €25 (domestic) or €50 (international).
Insurance. Covers theft involving violence or forced entry up to €1,000 per locker, with a police report. Does not cover theft without forced entry. Excludes cash, jewellery, watches, electronic devices and other valuables (full list in the terms). We recommend not leaving valuables.
No right of withdrawal. The service is provided at a specific date and time (art. 103.l TRLGDCU). You can cancel: 50% with more than 24h notice, no refund with less.

I’m very glad I found these lockers close to the place where we were staying during our holiday. The price was reasonable, and it was easy to figure out how to use them. We had no issues at all.
